Oxymel - Heart Harmony

from $20.00

Create your heart-loving oxymel with this warming, restorative herbal blend that supports both the physical and emotional heart. Formulated to promote healthy circulation, ease emotional tension, and nourish the cardiovascular system, this tonic works gently from the inside out. The herbal energetics are warming, calming, circulatory, and heart-opening.

Herbal Ingredients & Actions:

  • Hawthorn Leaf & Berry – A premier cardiovascular tonic, hawthorn strengthens the heart muscle, regulates rhythm, and supports healthy blood pressure.

  • Motherwort – Known as “the herb for the heart,” motherwort soothes anxiety, calms palpitations, and supports hormonal balance, especially during times of emotional or physical stress.

  • Rose – Soft, aromatic, and uplifting, rose soothes the emotional heart, eases grief, and restores harmony to the nervous system.

  • Goji Berries – A traditional longevity tonic, goji berries are rich in antioxidants and help nourish the blood and improve overall vitality.

  • Cinnamon – A warming circulatory stimulant, cinnamon enhances blood flow and balances the blend with its grounding sweetness.

How to Make Your Oxymel:

  • Fill ¼ to ½ of your clean jar with our dried Heart herbal blend.
Pour in apple cider vinegar with the mother to halfway.
Top off with raw honey until the jar is full.
Place a piece of baking paper under the lid, cap tightly, and shake.
Let it sit for 7 days, shaking daily. Store in a cool, dark spot.
Strain out the herbs and refrigerate the liquid. Your oxymel will keep for up to 6 months.

The word Oxymel comes from Ancient Greek: "Oxy" meaning acid and "Mel" meaning honey.
